軟化水部分

a.  在鍋爐運(yùn)行前首先應(yīng)注意軟化水的硬度是否達(dá)到工業(yè)鍋爐用水標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，＜0.03mml/L為正常）。燃?xì)忮仩t價(jià)格

在鍋爐用水中含有大量的ca2+,mg2+,CO32-,HCO3- 等離子在水中一加熱容易形成水垢。水垢在鍋爐中改變鍋爐板的性質(zhì)，影響水質(zhì)。腐蝕鍋爐板，水垢附在鍋爐板上，傳熱系數(shù)降低，大大消耗了燃料，并且導(dǎo)致鍋爐內(nèi)部受熱不均勻，容易導(dǎo)致鼓起，斷裂等一些事故的發(fā)生。因此水質(zhì)在鍋爐運(yùn)行中十分重要。將硬水軟化需要用到軟化水設(shè)備。
