用途：
主要用于內(nèi)衣棉杯產(chǎn)品及其他同類產(chǎn)品的定型生產(chǎn)。
特點(diǎn)：
1.定型過程中，棉杯經(jīng)常發(fā)生打折、起皺、表面布自然的凹凸現(xiàn)象，直接影響到產(chǎn)品品質(zhì)，造成生產(chǎn)成本長(zhǎng)期居高不下。此類問題在尺碼比較大的罩杯加工過程中也時(shí)有發(fā)生。
2.此機(jī)器帶壓框防打皺啟動(dòng)定型機(jī)主要針對(duì)產(chǎn)品的成型和加工技術(shù)手段方面進(jìn)行彌補(bǔ)，通過對(duì)裁片壓制過程進(jìn)行準(zhǔn)確的定位加工，減少尺碼偏移造成的損失。適合歐美大型罩杯和普通模杯、布杯的生產(chǎn)。

2. The machine has been improved in the aspect of figuration and process which locates accurately in the process of foam-pieces pressing and reduces the loss caused by size deviation. It is suitable for the large-sized cups, ordinary foam cups and fabric cups in European and American areas.
