BD空心噴嘴系列直線式空心錐形噴嘴

     直線型噴霧噴嘴的特點(diǎn)是能產(chǎn)生空心錐形噴霧形狀，噴射區(qū)域成環(huán)形，噴霧分布均勻。

     這種噴霧能噴出小液滴，具有大而通暢的流通道，消除了阻塞現(xiàn)象。

     噴霧帽蓋在每組管子尺寸內(nèi)皆可互換，帽蓋還具有寬角噴霧的類型。

     這種直線型噴嘴當(dāng)被裝入T型接頭或集管上時具有較低的斷面投影，廣泛用于煤灰抑制。

窄角15°和窄角30°實(shí)心錐形噴嘴能產(chǎn)生實(shí)心錐形歐恩無形狀，噴射區(qū)域呈圓形，噴嘴產(chǎn)生的霧滴分布均勻，顆粒較租，這兩類噴嘴單位面積的沖擊力顯著高于同樣流率下的其他實(shí)心錐形噴嘴。

G與GG型窄角實(shí)心錐形噴嘴能夠拆卸帽蓋與葉片，噴嘴均采用棒材制作而成，

窄角實(shí)心錐形噴嘴主要應(yīng)用于：1.需要深度清洗或滲透以確保透徹清洗的產(chǎn)品進(jìn)行清洗；

2.給高溫蒸汽降溫；

3.噴射管道的內(nèi)側(cè)進(jìn)行冷卻和清洗。

中小流量空心錐形噴嘴A/B系列設(shè)計(jì)特點(diǎn)：

A/B系列噴嘴有一個特點(diǎn)是能產(chǎn)生空心錐形的噴霧，噴射覆蓋區(qū)域是一個環(huán)形，噴霧角度為40°-90°。A/B系列空心噴嘴能在大范圍的流率和壓力下產(chǎn)生分布均勻、液滴大小為小到中等的噴霧。
