1Cr9Mo1VNbN屬于馬氏體型耐熱鋼,對應(yīng)新國標牌號10Cr9Mo1VNbN,國標10Cr9Mo1VNbN相當于T91/P91,不僅具有高的抗XX性能和抗高溫蒸汽XX性能,而且還具有良好的沖擊韌性和高而穩(wěn)定的持久塑性及XX性能。在使用XX低于620℃時,其使用應(yīng)力高于奧氏體不銹鋼;1Cr9Mo1VNbN馬氏體型耐熱鋼主要用于汽輪機行業(yè)。
1Cr9Mo1VNbN主要應(yīng)用:可作為亞臨界、超臨界鍋爐壁溫≤625℃的XX過熱器、再X器用鋼管,以及壁溫≤600℃XX集箱和蒸汽管道,也可作為XXX交換器以及XXX裂化裝置爐管。
